Legal Contract Analyst

On site: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule : Lunes a viernes - 9:00 am a 6:00pm

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Law) and postgraduate studies MUST
• 2+ years of related experience at a law firm or in‑house legal department or other legal background/experience
• Experience extracting, relaying, and understanding information from contracts, including but not limited to the meaning of legal clauses and their impact
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, or Compliance industry is a big plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Reader and MS Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio)
• Specialization in any of the following: commercial, labor, corporate or contractual law (preferred)
