Position: Legal Assistant Junior Location: On-site in Argentina (Mendoza, Buenos Aires, or Cordoba) and Mexico (Merida, Chihuahua) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Summary: Join a dynamic legal team specializing in personal injury cases. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to support case management, client communication, and coordination with institutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with clients and schedule therapy sessions
• Coordinate with hospitals, police, and insurance companies
• Manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
• Handle confidential information professionally Skills and Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in legal firms (U.S. experience is a plus)
• Advanced conversational English (C1 level)
