What You'll Be Rocking
Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Keeping attorney calendars sharp and deadlines on point.
Handling client intakes, onboarding, and case follow-ups.
Drafting legal docs, managing e-filing, and keeping files neat.
Supporting with billing, time entry, and expenses.
Research, admin, and being the go-to support for the team.
You're a fit if you have
1–2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant (bonus if in litigation).
Strong organizational + multitasking superpowers.
