Job Description
The Personal Injury Agent supports the Team's Mission, Brand Promise, and Core Values by managing personal injury cases with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves preparing case-related documentation, maintaining strict confidentiality, and collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. The agent will work on-site while providing remote support to the client.
Responsibilities
Prepare medical summaries, claims correspondence, and other case-related documents for attorney review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with attorney-client privilege and privacy laws.
Communicate with clients to gather updated medical and work status information; notify attorneys of changes or concerns.
