The conveyancing and real estate team handles both residential and commercial real estate matters of all natures for individuals and corporations alike.

Matters that we handle are:

• Collective and en bloc sales
• Sale or purchase of HDB property in Singapore
• Financing and mortgages
• Development
• Ownership
• Leasing
• Due diligence and advisory
• Valuation
• Government approvals
• Tenancy agreements
• Landlord and tenant disputes

Requirements

• Admitted to Singapore Bar and at least 1 year PQE
• Good command of English, written and verbal
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Conscientious and a team player
• Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude
