Legal Associate: Corporate

Legal Associate: Corporate is responsible for assisting Legal Counsel: Corporate and the Head of Legal Affairs with providing support on M&A transactions, contract management, electricity trading market rules and regulations, corporate finance transactions, managing due diligences, trust management, corporate governance, compliance tracking, the drafting and reviewing of a wide array of commercial contracts and providing advice on all corporate transactions and legal compliance requirements within the Red Rocket group.

Responsibilities:

Support Legal Counsel: Corporate and the Head of Legal Affairs with:

• Managing corporate and trading contract undertakings post-signature/closing and coordinating for entities within the Red Rocket Group.
