Legal Associate

The Role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated lawyer at Associate level to join our in-house team, to review and manage the contractual arrangements of our global projects. This represents a rare opportunity for a lawyer to take on or further a career in an “in-house” role, in a creative, interesting, and evolving business.

Working with the global business, you will take responsibility for the review of contracts and contractual arrangements, the production of advice, and undertaking contractual negotiations in relation to the same. In addition, you will be required to give advice and support in line with the implementation of Cundall’s legal risk management policies and where appropriate advise Cundall’s Regional Management Boards.

You will also take responsibility for other contractual advice such as the validity or otherwise of requests for assignments of Cundall’s appointments or for additional collateral warranties / third party rights / novation agree...
