Overview

I’m assisting a Senior Partner from a top UK law firm based in Singapore on a confidential search for a lawyer at around 4 to 6PQE , with a strong academic background and solid experience in private capital work within APAC .

If you are a qualified lawyer with strong exposure to private credit, fund-level financing, advising lenders, funds and institutional investors on complex cross-border transactions, this role is for you.
