Legal Associate

Job Scope:

• Handle a full range of family law matters, including marital dispute, judicial separation, child custody and access, maintenance, division of matrimonial assets, adoption, and related applications.
• Provide sound legal advice and clear explanations to clients on their rights, obligations, and legal options.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations, and case management sessions.
• Draft, review, and settle pleadings, affidavits, agreements, consent orders, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and ensure matters are conducted efficiently and in the client's best interests.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior lawyers, pupils, and legal executives in family law matters.
• Review junior lawyers' work and ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
