Position: Legal Associate: Transactions (M&A and PE/VC)
Location: BKC, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting transactional documents for startups(term sheets, investment agreements, share subscription & shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, closing documents to the transactions, and the like).
End-to-end support to the team for the completion of an Investment Transaction from due diligence, pre-closing, and post-closing transaction-related matters.
Assist on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to routine standard matters: Company Law, Data Protection, Commercial Contracts, Foreign Investments, Acquisitions, Investment Exits
