Legal Automation Specialist

The role ensures maintenance and optimization of key digital resources in the scope of AkzoNobel Legal Group (ALG). It also focuses on driving process improvements through simple automation projects and providing essential support as a Junior Technical Product Owner for legal and compliance tools. By proactively managing these technical systems, the position aims to streamline operations and contribute to the effective delivery of legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining AkzoNobel’s Legal Group’s SharePoint portals (internal sites, business-facing and the Policy Portal), ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and up to date.
• Oversee and update the legal knowledge base in ServiceNow;
