Legal Business Specialist

This role will provide end-to-end legal advisory and transactional support to business units, ensuring financing activities are legally sound, commercially structured, and compliant with applicable financial services regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law (mandatory) from reputable university
• Has 3-5 years of relevant experience in: Multifinance / leasing company regulated by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) or in Law Firm which handling financial services / multifinance clients.
• Has understanding of financial services regulations, including OJK compliance requirements for multifinance companies.
• Has experience in secured transactions, fiduciary security, and financing documentation.
• Familiarity with credit structuring and legal risk mitigation in financing transactions.
• Strong contract drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
