Client Intake & Case Manager

Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a Client Intake & Case Manager with experience in U.S. personal injury law (car accidents and premises liability). This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and the ability to manage intake and a small caseload independently from start to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to new leads and conduct intake evaluations.

Manage ~20 active non-litigation cases (car accidents, premises liability).

Handle claims, medical records, liens, and settlements.

Maintain accurate documentation in Filevine and communicate with clients, attorneys, and insurers.

Qualifications

1–3 years in a U.S. personal injury law firm (car accident experience required).

Proficient in Filevine and Quick with tech tools.

Bilingual: English & Spanish.
