Legal Case Specialist

_We’re looking for a_ **_Legal Case Specialist_** _to join our GRC team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for managing and coordinating a broad range of complex yet structured legal cases such as but not limited to the handling of legal and contractual issues related to individual contracts or policies, pension plans, and structured settlements that require legal knowledge and judgment. The role supports legal operations by ensuring cases are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Review, assess, and handle legal documents (e.g., powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts, court orders, subpoenas) related to annuity and fixed products.
+ Determine document acceptability; draft customer and attorney communications identifying defects and remediation steps when documents cannot be accepted.
