The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully converting inquiries into retained clients, while navigating prospects through the intake and onboarding process with professionalism and care.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Intake Specialist within a law firm.
• Demonstrated success in sales or client conversion, including appointment setting and follow-up strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the law firm client intake process.
• Ability to prepare and manage filing paperwork for court systems.
