Position: Lead – CLM Implementation

Location: Mumbai (Dadar) - 5 days a week (M - F)

Requirement: 5 to 12 years of relevant professional experience

Overview

• Implementation SPOC to lead and coordinate the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the CLM solution

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives
• Gather and translate legal and contracting requirements into functional system specifications
• Collaborate with Legal, Digital Office, Service lines SPOCs, IT, and external vendors during implementation
