Legal Compliance Analyst

Responsible for supporting the implementation of IH Central Compliance Program and achieving program objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Advisory.**
+ Serve as day-to-day advisory resource on policies and procedures, analysing and determining best course of action for each inquiry/problem (e.g. G&H and COI) in consultation with IHCC Counsels for more technical matters.
+ Advise on completion of DD Questionnaires / RFPs, maintain and update repository of response
+ **Policies & Procedures.**
+ Ongoing sanctions screening support.
+ Clear alerts for sanctions screening tool
+ Verifying up to date-ness of sanctions screening lists
+ Report on sanctions screening KRIs
+ Ongoing sanctions screening monitoring and maintenance
+ Support drafting and coordination of annual policy updating cycle, including any new policies.
