Legal & Compliance Executive

Our client is a well-established multinational organisation with a regional headquarters in Singapore, supporting operations across Asia-Pacific. As part of an ongoing transformation and growth journey, they are seeking a Legal & Compliance Executive to play a key role in strengthening and administering regional legal and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret data protection laws relevant to the business
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and SOPs for data breach incidents, including regional reporting procedures
• Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data mapping exercises
• Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and controls
