What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Legal & Compliance Officer to sit in our Auckland office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across the ANZ business, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will report directly to the International General Counsel and act as a business partner to the ANZ Managing Director and leadership team.
Role Responsibilities
At the strategic level, the Legal & Compliance Officer will be required to provide legal support for the strategic and commercial objectives and outcomes across a range of corporate disciplines (including all aspects of contracts and commercial law, strategy, IT and software licensing & development, data protection, outsourcing, IP, procurement, litigatio...
