Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and ambitious Legal Compliance Officer to support the company's legal operations and ensure full compliance with applicable legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time internal role within the Quality Assurance department, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and initiative.
Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, supply, and other business-related contracts.
Preparation of Board of Directors minutes, legalizations, licensing, corporate transformations, etc.
Handling employment contracts, labor inspection reports, labor disputes, etc.
Legal review and support in the preparation of participation files for private or public tender procedures.
