Responsibilities

• Support the Americas Ethics & Compliance program through operational, analytical, and documentation tasks.
• Translate compliance policies into clear, structured, and repeatable processes.
• Design and maintain SOPs, workflows, matrices, dashboards, and trackers.
• Coordinate and document screenings, controls, and decision-making workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Audit, Compliance, Consulting, or related fields.
