Job Description

- Lead corporate legal strategy to protect company interests and reduce legal risk
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across operations
- Oversee corporate structure, governance documents, and legal records
- Manage licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal advice on disputes, audits, due diligence, and legal actions
- Safeguard and manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Support management with proactive legal solutions for business decisions
- Other responsibilities as needed 
Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree in Law
・High Conversational English skill (oral and written)
・Min. 2 years as Legal Supervisor in a large scale corporation, experienced in handling issues related to employee relations, legal, compliance, labor law, and other related matters
