Legal Consultant - Corporate | Technology Company

Taylor Root is working with an early-stage technology business looking for a sole lawyer. They need someone who can start immediately, and be with them for an initial 6 month period. The role is an interim opportunity to start with that could go on for longer.

European founded, this business has a strong presence in the US so open to having someone who’s US qualified as well as those who are UK qualified.

This is a role where you’ll be working with the c-suite and founders on primarily corporate legal matters. They need someone who comes from a strong corporate practice within a law firm, and ideally someone who’s worked with more nascent businesses who are looking at fundraising and transactions.

This can be someone coming straight from private practice. However in-house experience is advantageous (this can be via secondments, or strong stakeholder management experience). You need to be adept at working across geographies, jurisdictions, and liaising between ex...
