Job Description

We are currently hiring a Legal Consultant - Derivatives (ISDA Documentation) to join us and provide support to our global banking clients:
Key requirements:
Ideally with minimum of 2 PQE, experienced in derivatives documentation and regulatory frameworks

Strong familiarity with ISDA and able to navigate regulatory margin requirements

Mandarin language capability for documentation review and interpretation
The responsibilities for this role will include: 
Provide legal oversight of ISDA Master Agreements and other derivatives documentation

Support regulatory margin documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements

Communicate effectively in Mandarin to review and interpret master documentation 

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, and business functions
