Legal Consultant

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal advisory and support to clients across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE. The role requires strong drafting skills, practical legal understanding, and the ability to manage client relationships independently.

• Legal Advisory & Client Handling: Provide day-to-day legal advice to clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring practical and business-oriented solutions.
• Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including:
  • Commercial contracts
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Employment contracts
  • NDAs and service agreements
• Corporate & Compliance Advisory: Advise clients on UAE regulatory requirements including:
  • Company incorporation and structuring
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Compliance (CIT, ESR, UB...
