Legal Consultant - Financial Services

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within Financial Services to join our fast growing team! Minimum Qualifications: 3–10 PQE Significant experience in financial services Strong transactional background (macro or credit) with the ability to manage end to end matters independently Private practice and In house experience within financial institutions is highly preferred Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice under tight timelines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
