Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of various legal tech projects Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and impact Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption
