Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Remote
As a Contract Administrator, you will:Independently establish, maintain and revise contract files in accordance with the Contracts department procedures. Independently prepare Contract Summary using the contract document, for coordination and dissemination to order entry team. Type and distribute contract documents, briefing charts, contract summaries, correspondence and similar documents and maintain accurate records and logs of correspondence as required. Receive incoming telephone calls, direct inquiries and incoming mail and route in a timely manner to appropriate personnel.
