In the context of expanding its operations, the company is seeking a Legal Counsel to enhance its Legal department. Responsibilities include providing legal support on contract-related matters, overseeing claims and litigation, offering legal advice on life insurance or capitalization contracts, conducting studies on legal/regulatory issues, assisting in the development of internal procedures, negotiating agreements with partners, participating in executive and board meetings, maintaining company registers, and contributing to various projects. The Legal Counsel will serve as the primary contact for partner-related inquiries.
