Legal Counsel
in Singapore to support the Head of Legal and the broader team.
Key Responsibilities Support on a broad range of
corporate, commercial and project-related matters Draft, review, and negotiate
commercial agreements , including customer, service, and vendor contracts Assist with
project development work , including land, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related agreements Support on
real estate and data centre leasing matters Assist with
M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments
where required Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to provide
practical legal support Liaise with and manage external counsel across jurisdictions
Requirements Qualified lawyer with
