The Legal Counsel provides broad in-house legal advice to Helia to support the Company in operating in accordance with its legal, regulatory and governance obligations. The role is varied and includes general corporate legal advisory work, commercial and technology contracting, insurance and financial services regulation, privacy, data, cyber and AI matters, and listed entity and company secretarial support.
