We're Hiring join our team as a Legal Counsel
Our team in Latin America continues to grow, and we're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal function supporting the Americas region.
This role is ideal for a legal professional who is proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded — someone who brings a fresh perspective, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys building and structuring legal processes in a regional, multicultural environment.
What you'll be working on
• Drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risks across the Americas
• Supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A, IT procurement, and regional projects
• Providing guidance on HR-related matters and client disputes
• Contributing to the development and improvement of legal templates, policies, and processes
