Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across multiple business areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s interests in a dynamic Upstream Oil & Gas environment.

Purpose of the Role

Provide legal advice and support to different areas of the company — including Operations, Procurement, Public Affairs, HR, and HES — covering regulatory matters, contract negotiation, litigation management, compliance, and government-related issues.

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including confidentiality, transportation, and oil & gas sales contracts.
