Lexdan Select is assisting a Tech business based in Centurion with their search for a Legal Counsel.

The salary range on offer is between R480k - R720k p/a.

Responsibilities:

• Commercial drafting and negotiations.
• Supplier compliance and risk management.
• Labour and industrial relations management.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Dispute resolution.

Requirements:

• LLB degree and completed articles.
• Minimum 2 years experience post articles.
• Experience in commercial drafting of contracts and negotiations is required.
