Our client a leading Global organisation is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel. This will be reporting into the Deputy General Counsel Commercial and working within their collegiate and focused legal team in Sydney. You will be responsible for contributing to providing legal advice and related services in the key functional areas of commercial contracting, consumer law, privacy and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts

Providing advice on contract law

Project managing legals aspects of new projects and initiatives

Advising and reviewing intellectual property matters and privacy law

Keeping the business up to date on regulatory issues
