Legal Counsel - Commercial & Corporate

Danos has been mandated on an exclusive opportunity for a commercially minded legal counsel (5-10 PQE ) to join a dynamic in-house team supporting a growing, internationally active asset management firm. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of legal matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial agreements and cross-border business activity.

Reporting into the General Counsel and working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will provide practical, business-focused legal guidance on key initiatives and day-to-day operations. The position suits someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment and can balance legal risk with commercial objectives.This role is primarily focused on commercial contracting and business initiatives, and also offers exposure to regulatory developments, ensuring the business remains well-positioned in a constantly evolving legal landscape.
