 Our client is a leading retail giant globally with presence in over 40 countries. The APAC legal team has 10 lawyers, reporting to the General Counsel. about the team.

 Draft, review and prepare commercial documents including NDAs, service agreements and other commercial agreements
 Work with other lawyers in the team to handle occasional transactional matters across APAC
 Partner with regional Compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes and mitigate any risks 
 Support the Company Secretarial teams with coordinating and attend board meetings, committee meetings and take minutes if required
