Your new role

In this role you’ll be looking over:

Monitoring Legal Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, distribution, licencing, and confidentiality contracts.

Advising on IP matters (patents, trademarks, copyrights), and ensuring product compliance with safety standards.

Collaborating with external counsel on litigation, and support dispute resolution. Support board governance, corporate restructuring, and M&A activities through due diligence and documentation.
