This role will provide legal support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Responsibilities

• Review and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, SaaS contracts, vendor and contractor agreements, and NDAs.
• Lead and provide legal support on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments as and when they arise.
• Advise senior management on legal strategy, risk, and compliance, ensuring that business decisions align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
