Legal Counsel - Corporate

Overview

The Office of the Chief Legal Officer at CAA provides dedicated legal support in corporate transactions, commercial agreements, compliance, data protection, and employment matters. The Legal Counsel – Corporate (International) will report to the Lead Counsel – Corporate, Commercial and Compliance (International) in London and work closely with the wider OCLO team in Los Angeles, CAA’s Business Affairs teams and Local Counsel to provide an efficient and high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Role

This new role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to CAA’s International offices (EMEA, APAC and LATAM) and business groups with a primary focus on general corporate and strategic matters to assist the business in managing and mitigating risk while enabling growth and operational efficiency.
