Job Description

The Legal Counsel position reports to the Associate General Counsel, EMEA and supports not only all ADM business units active in Poland but also the Agricultural Services & Oilseeds business unit (“AS&O”) in the EMEA region. It is an unlimited full time position.

  • provide capable, business oriented and timely advice on legal issues affecting the ADM businesses and its respective joint ventures in Poland, the AS&O business in EMEA and such other relevant businesses on an ad hoc basis and foster integrity in the daily routine and interactions with the business.
  • identify, assess and mitigate proactively legal risks for the business.
  • work in close contact with commercial management and be the first point of contact for the daily legal matters
