Legal Counsel – Fintech BaaS & POS Lending

Hydrogen UK Ltd, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the development and launch of Banking-as-a-Service products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work closely with product, partnership, and technology teams.

The successful candidate will advise on the full lifecycle of POS lending products, manage external legal spend, and contribute to wider legal team initiatives. A strong background in financial services and CCA regulatory experience is required.
