Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft contracts for IT and marketing
• Provide legal support to Product Development and PR teams
• Train stakeholders on legal concepts and practices
• Manage diverse legal assignments collaboratively
Requirements:
• Member of the Quebec Bar
• 3 to 5 years of commercial law experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English
