Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate diverse commercial agreements under senior counsel guidance

• Help develop internal policies and standard-form agreements
• Manage administrative tasks within the legal department

• Law Degree (L.L.B. or J.D.) in good standing with Ontario's Law Society
