Legal Counsel

JOB SUMMARY:
The Legal Counsel is a lawyer responsible for assisting, supporting and reporting to the General Counsel of the Harmonic Group of companies (GGC), as part of the Legal Team, in relation to all internal legal matters for business lines and the operations of Harmonic globally. This position is based in Harmonic's Cayman office and is not a remote position

Essential Functions

• Responsible for handling a portfolio of client legal matters (primarily Cayman Islands funds and structures but also including but not limited to US (Delaware), Canadian, Irish and Luxembourg funds and structures) as part of the Legal Team.
• Responsible for handling ad-hoc Harmonic proprietary legal matters as requested by GGC from time to time.
• Work closely on a day-to-day basis with the members of the Legal Team based in Harmonic offices to provide support and collaboration as needed
