Varied role as Legal Counsel responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal risks and develop effective strategies.
Manage relationships with outside legal counsel when necessary.
Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the business services industry.
Support the legal department in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
