What You’ll Be Contributing

• Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment and/or negotiate various commercial contracts and documents related to the Company’s activities in the manufacturing, design and sales of IT equipment, including, supply and service contracts, purchase contracts, terms of sale and NDAs;
