Purpose
Experienced legal professional within the Americas Legal team, responsible for developing and implementing legal and contracting strategies. Leads or contributes to cross-functional projects and plays a key role in shaping and improving policies, procedures, and training programs. Provides nuanced advice and guidance to senior management on a range of legal and contractual topics, and actively mentors junior lawyers to support their professional development.
