Legal Counsel - Insurance Defence

Description Millennium Insurance Corporation, part of the Wheaton Group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As a member of the broader Wheaton Group Legal Team, the Legal Counsel will be primarily responsible for managing insurance defence litigation and providing strategic legal advice to the Claims Department and Management Team.

This role involves independently handling insurance defence files of varying complexity, with a focus on civil litigation matters. These typically include claims for damages and compensation related to personal injury or property damage, brought on behalf of Millennium Insurance Corporation or its insured clients.
