  About the role 
 Draft and review legal documents and a wide variety of contracts
 Advise internal clients in all matters related with corporate, commercial, environmental and labor law
 Research and respond to general legal inquiries from the business that may relate to disputes and litigation, regulatory issues, intellectual property, privacy matters, fraud issues, and client complaints
 Act as a business partner to the business, providing legal orientation and back office support to different company processes and negotiations
 Review, develop, collate, negotiate and assess potential risks of client and sub-consultant contract documents
 Develop and provide training to the business on various legal topics, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, contract negotiation and administration and other emerging issues
